Often times at companies that make an effort to incorporate fun in the office environment, it is not clear who is “allowed” to partake in the activities. I have seen cases where people want to relieve some stress at the office by playing pool or what have you, but they just don’t feel like they “deserve it.” Therefore, those things (foosball or pool table) rarely end up being used.

The office is open 24 hours, plus I have a laptop and can VPN whenever I want and work from home when need be (and on Fridays). Sadly no entertainment room. They did recently add a flat-screen TV near the cafeteria, and there is a foosball table somewhere, but I think a specific team “owns” that. Our desks have an adjustable keyboard/mouse tray. No free stuff though, except on special occasions. We have a really nice fitness center, but we do have to pay for it.

Hope you can find all those things somewhere (along with a nice paycheck).
